A Personal Farewell & A New Chapter for Bi-Tron Australia
Dear Valued Customers and Friends,
As many of you will remember, a few months ago, we announced that Bi-Tron Australia had been sold and would be transitioning to new ownership. With the 1st of March 2026 now just a few days away, I wanted to personally reach out to let you know that these are my final days with the company.
This business has been a significant part of my life for many years. What began as a professional journey quickly grew into something much more meaningful — built on trust, shared values, loyal customers, and genuine friendships. I am incredibly proud of what we have achieved together.
So I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank all our friends and customers for their loyalty and support over the past four decades. Your continued trust in us and in our products has been the foundation of everything we have accomplished.
I am confident the new owners will certainly look after you all, and I am sure they will continue to build on the strong relationships and reputation that have been established over the years.
To every customer who supported us, believed in our products, shared feedback, referred others, and stood by us year after year — thank you. Your loyalty and encouragement have meant more than words can express.
While change can sometimes feel uncertain, I truly believe this transition will ensure continued growth and fresh energy for the brand moving forward.
As for me, it is simply time for a new season. I leave with gratitude, pride, and confidence that the foundations we built together are strong.
